For international participants who require an official invitation to obtain an French entry visa:
After notification of acceptances, we will ask for a confirmation of your attendance to the conference. In this way, an invitation letter will be sent immediately so that the participants may proceed to the visa application. We recommend that you start the visa process as early as possible.
